Deposit & Cancellation Policy
In taking a booking LBHP may incur costs and could turn away other bookings for the site in the booked time period.
At the time of booking a 25% deposit per booking is required. LBHP will guarantee the site as per the deposit paid at this time. If customers wish to add additional campers to the booking they must inform the booking office at which time an additional deposit fee will be due.
Un-deposited campers arriving on the day CANNOT be guaranteed site space for the period booked.
Deposited campers that do not show up on the day forfeit their deposit.
This deposit is refundable depending on the amount of notice provided around the cancellation of a booked time:
Weather related cancellations
LBHP does not refund deposits for bad weather, however by agreement with the booking office a deposited site may be transferred to another booked time within the three months following the original booking time and depending on availability

For older style caravans, please check your caravan has a RCD fitted in its meter box as most available sites are new power boxes. A current Electrical WOF is required in all power sites.
Dogs (maximum 1 per ‘casual’ site) on a leash at all times and by permission of camp management only – small to medium breed dogs only.
If there are any problems i.e. excessive territorial behaviour, barking or aggression, you will be asked to remove dog
Cats – absolutely no cats allowed

A minimum stay of 2 nights may be applied to casual campers during the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods
A 10% discount will be given to members of Family Parks, NZ or Australia paying a full site fee. Cost for membership $40 for 2 years
